My goal is to be the last person you ever have to reach out to for nutrition and fitness help because you will feel educated and empowered to make this a lifestyle you can sustain over your lifetime! My own results are great but nothing compares to the joy I feel being able to help others take charge of their health and educate them not only on nutrition but helping to develop a strong mindset that keeps them progressively building strength and moving forward ! In a world of misinformation and promised quick fixes it’s my mission to help as many others truly understand nutrition in a simplified way that allows flexibility no matter their career or family life!

Hey There! 
I'm Lindsey

I found my passion for health and fitness 10 years ago when I took the first step to transforming my own life. I struggled with my weight on and off for as long as I can remember and felt completely lost in how to change. I remember it taking hours to find an outfit I felt confident in and one of my dreams was to be able to go into my closet and feel great in all of my clothes. At 24 I took the first step completely out of my comfort zone and joined a crossfit gym on a bet I wouldn’t last 30 days and the beginning of my fitness journey began. I started from ground zero with no natural athletic ability or prior knowledge on nutrition and built myself from there and now I am blessed to be able to help others do the same! I know what it feels like to be completely new and feel that you are stuck but as I coach I am not only able to help others physically change but most importantly develop a healthy mindset that leads to long term results!

I struggled with my weight on and off as long as I can remember. I never knew anything about nutrition and through high school the only reason I maintained a relative normal body weight was because I danced in ballet, jazz and pointe which kept me active but I never went to a gym and had no experience with any of it.

A non-negotiable for me due to not having a perfectly balanced diet! This insures I am meeting my basic micronutrient needs and make a huge impact on my energy levels, clarity, focus and digestion!
